Tryptophan is an essential amino acid and precursor for the synthesis of serotonin, melatonin, niacin.
B vitamins:
B Vitamins are co-factors in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism and impact general body function. Thiamine has a specific role in normal nerve function.
Magnesium:
Magnesium is involved in modulation of nerve activity.
Natural Source of Vitamin E:
Natural Vitamin E is more active than synthetic forms and functions to protect tissues from free-radical damage.
Chamomile:
Provides antioxidants and chemical modulators to support sound metabolic and immune function. Chamomile is naturally sedative and muscle relaxing.
